Ethics

As a member of the EHRA, I pledge myself to:

- Maintain the highest standard of professional and personal conduct.

- Strive for personal growth in the field of human resource management.

- Support the Association goals and objectives for developing the human resource management profession and the educational development of our local student chapters preparing them for future workforce demands.

- Encourage my employer to make the fair and equitable treatment for all employees a primary concern.

- Refrain from using my membership in the Association as an avenue for solicitation of business for my employer or for my own personal gain or benefit.

- Maintain the confidentiality of privileged information.

- Improve public understanding of the role of human resource management.
