SPEAKER: Teresa Katubig

As a Staffing & HR Solutions company, HireLevel is a strategic employment partner for both companies and candidates alike. With a personal passion for community, the founder and CEO of HireLevel—Teresa Katubig, is dedicated to working alongside organizations who are committed to Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace. HireLevel’s most cornerstone mission is to make positive change in the lives of those in the communities around them through gainful employment.  HireLevel is working to build the 2ndChance initiative to improve the employability of candidates with criminal records; choosing to look beyond the criminal background and choosing to hire skilled and dedicated people who are in need of a 2ndChance. With over 30 years of hands-on experience managing workplaces and a professional license herself (CPA), Teresa understands the importance of maintaining a consistent standard for culture and working environment; however, she also understands the role of gainful employment in decreasing recidivism rates and breaking cycles in families and in our communities. Join Teresa to learn more about the misconceptions of hiring 2ndChance individuals and the positive impact that choosing to hire can have on your business.
